3. Term and condition sign

Contract sign and scheduling

After you decide near my service and agree with my terms of work procedure we do sign a contact and the following week I do schedule your project. 

4. First draft

First draft and deposit

Right before the paper work done we can start your brilliant idea to make it happen. After the deposit transfer I do deliver the first drafts. In terms of design flow we will work together staying in daily touch and you will be the part of every single steps how is your project moves forward.

5. Launch

Website launch and final payment

I’d be working collaboratively with you to make sure we achieve your business goals, and provide a website which can be updated easily by yourself.

6. Future

The next step for your Marketing Website

I do offer aftercare packages (optional) crafted for all size of businesses and individuals.

All websites are bespoke and tailored to making your business a success. Once we’ve fully discussed what your website needs to achieve I can provide you with an exact cost.

Timescales are dependent on the size of the project and the time it takes to provide content, information and feedback. Please contact me in order to get an estimate.

Once we agree your project details and you have paid the initial payment, I will schedule in the work. Lead time of one week. During this time you can be getting your content together.

(a) 40% of the total sum of the Charges no later than 5 Business Days from the Commencement Date;

(b) 30% of the total sum of the Charges no later than 5 Business Days from completion of the design and development of the Site in accordance with Phase 1 of the Project Plan; and

(c) the outstanding balance of the Charges no later than 10 Business Days from Acceptance of the Site.

All invoices in respect of the Charges will be sent to the Customer in advance of payment becoming due.

 If the Customer fails to make any payment due to the Supplier under this Contract by the due date for payment, then, without limiting the Supplier’s remedies under clause 14 or clause 

the Customer shall pay interest on the overdue sum from the due date until payment of the overdue sum, whether before or after judgment. Interest under this clause will accrue each day at 4% a year above the Bank of England’s base rate from time to time, but at 4% a year for any period when that base rate is below 0%

Copy – I ask for draft content during the Structure and content stage of the project. This allow us to discuss how your content should be structured to ensure it delivers your goals. Final copy is needed before the Website build stage.

Photos – High resolution images of your product or service is essential to do your business justice. If you don’t have these yet we can discuss the type of shots and styling which would be required.

Branding – A vector version (ai, eps, pdf or svg file) of your logo is required if possible, and any other branding/marketing assets you have.

 

Yes, all  Websites are built on a Content Management System (CMS). This means you can edit and add content to the site. A training session will be provided to make sure you are confident with updating your website (see training question below).

Yes! for all Websites we will arrange a 1 hour one-to-one training session to walk you through managing your website. Ideally in-person if London based, or over a Skype screen share. Without any additional fees.

Yes! I do offer after care packages with flexible pricing.
